IRA McCONNELL
Funeral services for Ira McConnell, 810 N. Killingsworth avenue, who died Monday at Sherwood, his old home, will be at the Methodist church at Sherwood, Thursday at 2 P.M. Interment will be in Pleasantview cemetery there.
Mr. McConnell was born in Sherwood June 7, 1877, the son of pioneer parents, Mr. and Mrs. Nelson McConnell. He married Alma Johnson in Astoria in 1904.
Surviving are a son, Seaman 2d C Roy McConnell, in the navy; a daughter, Mrs. Hulda Simon, Portland; a granddaughter, Sharlie Rae McConnell, Portland; three brothers, Niles, Clarence and James McConnell and two sisters, Evva McConnell and Mrs. Clara Day, all of Sherwood.
